The School of Law of UCLan Cyprus is pleased to announce the delivery of a module on EU Constitutional Law and Governance in turbulent times. This is an exciting and timely module investigating various threats to European values across the EU. As such, it is an incredible opportunity for students from all disciplines. The module not only analyses the constitutional structure of the EU and the ways in which it is designed to safeguard key values such as the rule of law, democracy, and fundamental rights, but also critically looks at the rule of law and democracy backsliding currently taking place in various member states.
