Part II: 2nd Annual CRoLEV Interdisciplinary Research Workshop
The last part of the Summer School, taking place on the 16th of June, consists of this year’s Interdisciplinary Research Workshops. The Workshops, designed to evaluate ‘Threats to Democratic Values’, will provide researchers the opportunity to present their work in front of a diverse and interdisciplinary audience. We welcome submissions from anyone working in the fields of law, politics, ethics, European studies, or political sciences interested in values such as the rule of law, democracy, human dignity, and non-discrimination. The Workshops aim to bring together advanced students, PhD researchers, early career researchers, academics, professionals, and members of civil society. Those wishing to present their work at the Workshops, should submit an abstract (of no more than 200 words) to crolev@uclancyprus.ac.cy by the 5th of June 2023. Successful applicants will be informed by the 9th of June.
Within the framework of CRoLEV, UCLan Cyprus will also be publishing a ‘Working Paper Series on the Rule Law and European Values’. Participants who would like to have their contributions considered for the Working Paper Series should send a larger abstract (500 words) to crolev@uclancyprus.ac.cy by the 31st of July 2023.
